The Third Global Law Firm Cooperation Forum—Symposium on the Outbound Investment Protection & the Win-win Cooperation between Chinese and Foreign Lawyers was Successfully Held
On October 10, 2018, The Third Global Law Firm Cooperation Forum—Symposium on the Outbound Investment Protection & the Win-win Cooperation between Chinese and Foreign Lawyers was successfully held in Beijing DHH Law Firm， which is located in Beijing Yintai Center. More than 70 overseas law firm representatives, representatives from foreign agencies in China, Chinese law scholars and lawyers from 18 countries including Russia, the United States, Germany, France, Italy, Australia, Canada, India, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam, and South Korea attended the seminar, conducting in-depth discussions and exchanges on the theme of the Symposium.
The Moderator of the Symposium was Mr. Yao Yuan, Senior Partner of DHH & Deputy Director of International Practice of Beijing DHH Law Firm.
Mr. Qi Jiang, Managing Partner of DHH & General-Director of Beijing DHH Law Firm, first delivered a speech and expressed his warm welcome to all distinguished guests.
Ms. Liying Zhang, Dean of International Education School of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL), attended the Symposium and gave a speech on "Legal Industrial-Academic-Research Cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative".
Subsequently, Mr. Paurush Kumar, Head Asia-Pacific Desk of Trinaya Legal, and Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Bao Tri, Lawyer of LPW VINH AN LEGAL, delivered keynote speeches respectively on “Indian Commercial Arbitration” and “Vietnamese Arbitration System”.
