Legal Summit Seminar on Autonomous Vehicles Held by DHH

On January 27, 2018, Listed Company Legal Service Branch of CACC and Beijing DHH Law Firm jointly held the "Legal Summit Seminar on Autonomous Vehicles and Artificial Intelligence" at Shanghai International Conference Center, many experts of various domains including scholars from Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Shandong University and other institutions of higher learning, managers and legal directors from domestic and foreign well-known automobile enterprises, internet enterprises, intelligent manufacturing enterprises and investment organizations, specialists and lawyers from the intellectual property law team, the product quality law team, the network security law team, the competition law team, the criminal law team and the cross-border M&A team of Beijing DHH Law Firm attended the seminar. The experts collectively discussed topics of challenges to legislation brought by pilotless driving from different perspectives, and explored the legal obstacles and legal lacunas under the development and prosperity of autonomous vehicles and artificial intelligence.
