DHH Lawyer Mr. Yao Yuan visits LCIA and UKSC

Recently, the partner of Beijing DHH Law Firm Mr. Yao Yuan participated in the 5th China International Legal Professionals UK Training organized by All China Lawyers Association. During the curriculum in the UK, Mr. Yao visited a lot of institutions such as London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR), Supreme Court of the UK, the Privy Council, Middle Temple, Lincoln’s Inn, and Barrister Chambers, and also had conversations with the director of CEDR Andy Rogers, the CEO of International Center for Dispute Resolution Damian Hickman, the Chair of the London Maritime Arbitrators Association (LMAA) Ian Gaunt and many barristers. Mr. Yao and the experts deeply discussed the operations of lawyer system and judicial system in the UK and dispute resolution issues of Chinese enterprises in order to better serve them when going global.
