Lawyer Liu Kejiang Visits GrafVon Westphalen Law Firm, Germany
On November 5th lawyer Liu Kejiang, senior partner of Beijing DHH Law Firm and Executive Director of Beijing DHH Law Firm, accepted an invitation to visit the German law firm Graf Von Westphalen Law Firm, one of the largest law firms in Hamburg, Germany.
Mr Liu was attending the training program “Leading Talents of Foreign-oriented Lawyers”, organized by the ACLA. While there he had an exchange of views with partner Dominik Ziegenhahn, who is the Director of International Practice, and with lawyer Christian Mayer. They discussed, the development trend of M&A both in China and Germany, cooperation between Chinese and German lawyers, and the two nations’ M&A scrutiny.
