On Dec. 19th, 2014, CTB Technology Co. Ltd. (stock: 831544) obtained the approval for its listing request on the National Equity Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ). Ding Xu (senior partner of DHH Law Firm), Liu Zhangyin (partner of DHH Law Firm) and Lu Fei formed a project group and jointly offered legal service for the company.In the mean time, lawyers of DHH are also participating 13 other companies’ listing project on the NEEQ.
