“Empirical Research on the Legal Risks in International Trade Financing” Seminar by Jiang Qi Was Successfully Held
On March 6, 2015, the Seminar entitled “Empirical Research on the Legal Risks in International” was jointly hosted by Beijing DHH Law Firm, international practice team of Beijing DHH Law Firm and China In-house Legal Counsels League. The seminar was also the first activity of “DHH lawyers’ legal time” series in 2015. Mr. Jiang QI ( general director of Beijing DHH Law Firm) presided at this seminar. More than 40 guests from large scale state-owned enterprises, foreign-funded enterprises and listing corporations attended.
At present, the international trade financing presents complexity and professional characteristics, and domestic false trade financing cases frequently appeared. In order to help international trade enterprises and related employees, and strengthen risk-control in the trade financing business, Mr. Jiang introduced some concepts of trade financing and analyzed two typical domestic cases. Mr. Jiang also discussed difficulties and confusions in the trade financing field with trainees. The lecture was useful for the international trade enterprises to handle problems in the trade financing area, and won the enthusiastic response.
“DHH lawyers legal time” series seminarwas launched by DHH in 2015, being a brand new activity with aims at providing professional training system and sharing experiences with customers and pears. DHH will integrate this activity with all branches and eight practice teams to raise a group of professional lecturers with good reputation and to produce a series of high-quality curriculums. The ultimate goal of all above is satisfying the clients’ needs.
