DHH Lawyer Lectured on Chinese Antitrust Law

On the afternoon of March 8th, 2012, the Japanese Department of Beijing DHH Law firm gave a lecture on "antitrust law on transnational M&A" to guests from both Chinese and Japanese enterprises at JUST COFFEE located in SOHU district of Beijing. As the speaker of this lecture, Ms. Yang Qian-e, senior partner of DHH and the Director of Japanese Department, made a detailed introduction to the enforcement of Chinese antitrust law and relevant complementary regulations, and problems arising from the application of this law as well. Afterwards Ms. Yang Qian-e answered questions from some Japanese clients professionally. The lecture was highly praised by all participants.
