The 3rd BRICS Arbitration Forum was Successfully Held

On 29 September 2024, the "China Arbitration Week - The 3rd BRICS Arbitration Forum: Deepening Cooperation of Arbitration after the Expansion of BRICS" was successfully held in Beijing. The Forum was hosted by the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) and organised by Beijing DHH Law Firm, with the support of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS), the International Commercial Arbitration Court of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation (ICAC) and the Maritime Arbitration Commission (MAC), the Indian Bar Association (IBA), the BRICS Institute of Brazil, the Iran-China Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the Saudi Commercial Arbitration Centre (SCAC), the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), the Ethiopian Mediation and Arbitration Centre (EMAC) Weihai International Arbitration Court, Lomonosov Moscow State University, Syngenta Group, Lenovo Group, Sina Group and Jones Day Law Firm, etc. The event invited more than 20 arbitrators, lawyers, experts, representatives of business and industry from both domestic and foreign countries to attend and give speeches, and the forum was carried out online and offline together, with more than 9,110 people watching it through online.
