Beijing DHH Law Firm assisted National Energy Bio-Power Group Co., Ltd. to successfully issue Green Asset Backed Notes (Carbon Neutral Bonds)

At the end of August 2021, the National Energy Bio-Power Group Co., Ltd., issued Green Asset Backed Notes (Carbon Neutral Bonds). National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors accepted the notice of registration and recently completed the establishment of the first phase of product offering.
The National Energy Bio-Green Asset-backed Notes (Carbon Neutral Bond) issuance project is the first ABN issuance project of the State Grid System and the first domestic biomass power generation ABN project. The issuance period is 3 years, and the (priority) issuance interest rate 4.00%, the issuance rate reached the lowest level in history of ABN with the same maturity and rating.
Guoneng Bio-Power Group Co., Ltd. (Hererainafter referred to “The Group”) was founded in 2005, which specializes in the comprehensive development and utilization of biomass energy. The group lies in internationally advanced biomass power and China's abundant biomass resources to invest in the construction of biomass power generation projects and extend the industrial chain.
