The Release Conference of the new book—“100 Legal Tips for Preventing and Dealing with Emergencies in China” was held successfully

With the support of Chinese Embassy in Russia and the leadership of the China General Chamber of Commerce in Russia, Beijing DHH (Moscow) Law Firm established the Legal Branch of China General Chamber of Commerce in Russia in 2017. This Legal Branch has been actively providing legal service to Chinese enterprises and individuals since its establishment. On June 15th, 2020, "You Can Get Lawyers’ Help with Problems in Russia – 100 Daily + 20 Post-epidemic Legal Issues " was published, which was written by Russian team of DHH. Under the sponsorship and deployment of Chairman Shaohu Luan, "100 Legal Tips for Preventing and Dealing with Emergencies in China"(Hereinafter referred to as "the new book") met with readers a year later in June.
The ceremony was successfully held on June 25th, 2021 in the Interlaw Coffee, which was situated on the 3rd floor of Beijing Yintai Center. The ceremony was held online and offline in Beijing, Qingdao, Moscow, St. Petersburg and other places.
The hosts were honored to invite the counselor of the Chinese Embassy in Russia Hongchi Yu to attend and address the meeting.
Counselor Hongchi Yu highly praised the relationships between China and Russia. He appreciated the Legal Branch of the China Chamber of Commerce of Russia, who have been providing legal solutions for Chinese enterprises and individuals by organizing special topic trainings, compiling legal service manual, holding the Public Welfare Service Month event for Resuming Work and Production after Epidemic, etc.
In addition, Counselor Hongchi Yu put forward three hopes to the Legal Branch: First is to improve its own service capabilities internally; Second is to actively plan the service system; Third is to strengthen legal coordinate between China and Russia.

The chairman of the China General Chamber of Commerce, Liqun Zhou, reviewed the work of the legal industry branch over the past 3 years, and praised the Legal Branch’s efforts in helping Chinese enterprises operate in compliance with laws and regulations in Russia to avoid risks, and expressed his gratefulness for the dedication and contribution of the law firm and the member units of the legal industry.
Sony Vadim, Legal Counsel of Russian Commercial Representative Office in China, briefly introduced the investment-oriented legal services of Russian Commercial Representative Office in China. He also affirmed the cooperation during the composition of the new book
The representative of Russian Federation of Asian Industrial Entrepreneurs, Chairman Vidal Mankovic, pointed out an online speech that the main task of Russian Federation of Asian Industrial Entrepreneurs is to seek and develop trade and investment in Asia. DHH became one of the members of the Russian Federation of Asian Industrial Entrepreneurs and it is committed to provide legal services to Chinese and Russian companies. During the cooperation with DHH Russian Federation of Asian Industrial Entrepreneurs have seen very broad prospects.
The hosts of the event also invited the chief academic adviser of Russia, Professor Daoxiu Huang as their special guest. Professor Huang has been committed to the development of Sino-Russian relations and made her own contribution to it. She believes that the content of the new book is significantly practical. She hopes everyone could continue to make efforts for the friendship between China and Russia and strengthen legal and cultural exchanges.
