DHH Shenzhen Wins the Bid for the Legal Service Panel Project of BOCOM International Shenzhen

Recently, Beijing DHH (Shenzhen) Law Firm wins the bid for the Legal Service Panel Project of BOCOM International (Shenzhen) Equity Investment Management Co., Ltd （“BOCOM International Shenzhen”）.
In February 2016, BOCOM International Shenzhen was incorporated in Qianhai, Shenzhen, which is the wholly-owned subsidiary of BOCOM International Holdings Company Limited (3329.HK), with the controlling shareholder of Bank of Communications (601328.SH/3328.HK). BOCOM International Shenzhen was qualified as private equity fund manager (Registration No.: P1067376). With knowledge in both foreign investment and domestic market, BOCOM International Shenzhen focuses on business of cross-border fund (i.e. QFLP、QDIE/QDLP), with experiences in QFLP in both Shenzhen and Hainan, and QDIE in Shenzhen.
