Successful Award of First Single Asset Backed Note (ABN) Project to State Grid System by Beijing DHH Law Firm

In August 2020, the project for issuing asset-backed notes (ABN) and the China Invoice of Beijing DHH Law Firm won the bid of State Grid Corporation of China and Guoneng Biopower Group Co., Ltd. The ABN offering is also the first ABN offering in the national power grid system. DHH Law Firm will be the legal advisor on these projects and participate in the entire process of issuance.
For this Project, Mr. Xie Fang has extensive experience in providing legal services to state-owned enterprises and biomass power generation industry; Mr. Angang has extensive experience in asset securitization business and has provided legal services to asset securitization issuance projects and related product default disposal projects on several occasions. The team also consists of lawyer Yu Pinpin and trainee lawyer Yu Xin.
