Chairman Shaohu Luan Had a Fruitful Visit to St. Petersburg and Moscow

From October 25 to November 7, Mr. Shaohu Luan, Chairman of Board of Partners of DHH, paid a working visit to Moscow and St. Petersburg, Russia. During the visit, Chairman Shaohu Luan, accompanied by Yi Yuan, Director of Beijing DHH Law Firm Moscow Office, visited Chinese Embassy in Russia, reported the results of the work to the Head of the Business Department, and held an informal discussion with the“Belt and Road Legal Risks Research Group” led by Hongyan Liu, a professor of the Institute of Law of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. At the same time, Chairman Luan and Director Yuan reported to the President of the General Chamber of Commerce Liqun Zhou on the work of the legal branch of China Chamber of Commerce in Russia, to the Secretary Bohui Sun, who is in charge of Party Organization of the Greenwood Park, on the party construction work of the DHH Moscow Office. They also reported to President of Overseas Chinese Association in Moscow Na Li on relevant services provided by DHH Moscow Office to Chinese funded enterprises and overseas Chinese in Russia, and held a discussion with the leaders of the Association of Chinese students in Russia.
During his work in St. Petersburg, Chairman Luan, accompanied by Director of St. Petersburg Office , reported to Mr. Zhigang Chen, President of Overseas Chinese Association in St. Petersburg, President of Russian-Chinese Business Park (and Co-Chairman of DHH St. Petersburg Legal Service Center). Besides that, Chairman Luan visited the Russian National Museum, and held further consultations with Ms. Anna, Deputy Director of the museum, on the opening of the "Virtual Digital Exhibition Branch of the Russian National Museum (Shanghai, China)" with the support of DHH Shanghai office. Chairman Shaohu Luan also visited ANGLIYSKAYA Law Firm in St. Petersburg and reached a preliminary agreement on the joint establishment of a commercial arbitration institution.
During his stay in Russia, Chairman Luan also discussed with the Head of "Russia Asia Industrial Enterprise Alliance" and his team on the feasibility plan of strengthening exchanges and promoting two-way investment between small and medium-sized enterprises of China and Russia, which was supported by members of Duma and the Federal Council of the Russian Federation and officials of the Vladimir region.
