The Second China-Russia Law Center Seminar held in Greenwood International Trade Center

On July 7th,2017, the second China-Russia Law Center Seminar was held successfully in Greenwood International Trade Center. Luan Shaohu, chairman of the partnership of Deheng Lawyers Group, and Yang Haiyi, CEO of Greenwood Business District, attended the seminar and made speeches. The seminar was paid extensive attention and praised by managers and legal staffs of many enterprises and employees of many investment consulting service organizations in Greenwood Business District.
This seminar was hosted by Dr. Yuan Yi, director of Beijing DHH Law Firm Moscow Office. Liu Kejiang, director of Beijing DHH Law Firm, Wang Pengfei, senior partner of Deheng Lawyers Group, and director of Beijing DHH Law Firm St. Petersburg Office, deeply explained about the possible risks during the processes of Chinese enterprises’ investments in Russia and Chinese executives’ executions of duty in Russia.
After the seminar, the participators actively asked questions such as the ubiquitous economic exposures of Chinese enterprises’ M&A in Russia, how to solve the problem of being restricted to enter a country for unknown reasons, how to make overseas direct equity investments with the platform of Hong Kong. The three speakers all gave detailed and satisfactory answers to those questions.
At last, Luan Shaohu recommended and introduced the lawyers of Beijing DHH Law Firm Moscow Office to the participators. He also invited some Chinese enterprises’ managers such as Xu Jianhong (deputy general manager of the Russia branch office of BOE), Eureka (representative of Dagong Global Credit Rating in China), Wu Qifeng (manager of the Moscow office of Agricultural Bank of China), Cong Lei (representative of Jianghuai Automobile in Moscow, to visit the new Moscow office of Beijing DHH Law Firm at Floor 3, Building 17, Greenwood, and took photos to mark the occasion.
