Mr. Luan Shaohu Attends Eighth Standing Council Meeting and Second Council Meeting of All China Lawyers’ Association
From March 25th to 27th Mr. Luan Shaohu, the Standing Council Member of the All China Lawyers’ Association (ACLA), the Vice President of Shandong Lawyers’ Association and the President of Qingdao Lawyers’ Association, attended the Eighth Standing Council Meeting and the Second Council Meeting of the All China Lawyers’ Association.
The Meeting summarized and adopted the annual work report and financial report of 2012, discussed the work plan and financial budget plan for 2013, and put forward opinions on strengthening safeguards of lawyers’ rights, discipline of the legal industry and business expansion innovation. Mr. Wang Junfeng, the President of the ACLA, and Mr. Zhou Yuansheng, the Secretary General of the ACLA, presided over the meetings and delivered important speeches.
Mr. Luan Shaohu proposed strengthening the training of young lawyers and providing guidance to the local lawyers’ association. He stressed the importance of relevant promotional measures for providing Chinese enterprises with legal services for their international strategies.
