DHH Opens Lawyers Pro Bono Website

On April 16 DHH officially opened a lawyer pro bono website http://gongyi.deheng.com.cn Focusing on topical legal issues the website reports on pro bono legal cases handled by DHH lawyers. It advocates rational rights-safeguarding according to the law, so to promote the undertaking of social responsibilities by lawyers and the building of the rule of law of a civilized society.
The homepage, entitled “Protect Bohai Bay and Help Fishermen”, reports the latest pro bono legal activity of DHH--- the Forum on the “Claims and Liabilities for the Bohai Oil Spill Pollution by ConoPhillips China” and the “Re-authorization of the Oilfield”, held in Beijing by DHH.
