Luan Shaohu Attends Fair for Investment in Heilongjiang by Beijing Well-known Enterprises
On October 10 Luan Shaohu, Chairman of the Partners’ Meeting of DHH and Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of Shandong Chamber of Commerce in Beijing, along with Vice Presidents of the Chamber Diao Faming and Shang Dianling, attended the Fair for Investment in Heilongjiang by Beijing’s Well-known Enterprises.
The Fair aimed to promote investment in Heilongjiang and cooperation betweeen Heilongjiang and the Russian Far East Area. According to Mr Luan Sino-Russian cooperation has seen many industrial projects but few intermediary service projects, which has blocked the building of mutual trust.
