On December 26, 2022, the project of “SUNSTONE DEVELOPMENT” to issue shares to purchase assets and raise supporting funds was unconditionally approved at the 26th meeting of the China Securities Regulatory Commission's Review Committee on Merger and Reorganization of Listed Companies in 2022.
