On August 11, 2022, the initial public offering and listing project of Shandong Bangji Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Bangji Technology") was reviewed and approved by the 18th Issuance Review Committee of the China Securities Regulatory Commission. Bangji Technology plans to issue no more than 42 million shares to the public this time, raising a capital of 689568300 yuan, which will be used to build high-end compound feed, concentrated feed intelligent production workshop projects and R&D center projects after deducting the issuance costs.
