Ms. Zhang has hands-on experience of legal services in the financial sector. She has advised clients such as policy banks, central enterprises, state-owned entities, insurance companies, securities companies, trust or venture capital funds as well as other financial institutions. She regularly conducted legal due diligence on bank financing projects, provided legal opinions on the compliance of business operations based on applicable Chinese compliance regulations, and advised on risk control for real estate debt investment and trust plan investment.
