DHH US Representitive Office Upgraded to Full-Scale Law Office
On March 27, 2015 (EST), the opening ceremony of DHH Washington D.C. Law Office was held in a high-end restaurant in the Chinatown of the District of Columbia. During the ceremony, Beijing DHH Law Firm announced that its Washington D.C. representative office has successfully been upgraded to a full-scale law office; moreover, the (USA) legal services center of CASME was established based on DHH Washington D.C. office. Mr. Luan Shaohu , Mr. Liu Kejiang (senior partner of Beijing DHH Law Firm, director of Beijing DHH Law Firm), Mr. Liu Jiqing (director of Beijing DHH Law Firm international practice team, representative of Washington D.C. office), Ms. Li Yonglan (senior partner of Beijing DHH Law Firm, general coordinator of Washington D.C. office), Ms. Luan Shan (marketing specilist of Washington D.C. office), Ms. Han Qimei and Mr. Yang Shaoping attended the ceremony. In addition, over 50 guests including officers from China Embassy, government officers of the District of Columbia, lawyers and law professors from the US along with lawyers from China and journalist also attended the ceremony and sent their goodwill.
During the ceremony, Mr. Luan Shaohu gave out a speech in which he congratulated the opening of the DHH Washington D.C. Law Office, expressed his expectations towards the newly-established office and also thanked everyone within and outside the industry who supported DHH during this establishing process. Also, Mr. Liu Jiqing and Ms. Li Yonglan gave out an overview of the new Office and introduced its practice areas. The establishment of DHH Washington D.C. Law Office indicates the development of Beijing DHH Law Firm’s international practice and the launch of the Group’s global strategy.
