Xuxiu Li, graduated from Southwest University of Political Science and Law undergraduate program in 1990 and from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences in 2002, obtaining a postgraduate degree in civil and commercial law. Currently, he is the Managing Partner of Shandong Deheng Law Firm. He is also an arbitrator of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, consultant of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress of Shandong Province, director of the Corporate Law Committee of the Shandong Lawyers Association and VP of the Qingdao Lawyers Association.
Over the past 23 years of practicing law, Xuxiu Li has focused on corporate law, civil and commercial law, civil litigation law, investment and financing, arbitration and other legal affairs. Mr. Li has comprehensive skills in these areas and is good at handling complicated cases.

Ms. Yuexi Yao graduated from Kaiyuan Law School of Shanghai Jiaotong University and the Law School of New York University. Ms. Yao is a licensed lawyer in both China and the New York State. She has worked for leading international firms such as Robarts Spaces Beijing representative office and Baker McKenzie Beijing representative office for many years. Ms. Yao has provided full-process legal services to a number of Fortune 500 companies on investment, acquisition and compliance issues in China, as well as cross-border M&A of large State-owned enterprises. Representative clients include BP, Pfizer, GE, CNPC, Golden Monkey, etc. She has also provided investment and financing legal services to a number of well-known private equity investment institutions, such as New Horizons and Blackstone. Sequoia Capital, Detong Capital, Innoangel, Yifang Group, Yijin Capital, etc. In addition, she has provided cross-border legal services to a number of well-known banks like the Export-Import Bank of China and Bank of Communications.
