Professional Experience:
Attorney Dong Yanqing holds a Bachelor of Law from China University of Political Science and Law, and both an LL.M. and a Ph.D. in Law from theTransnational Law and Business University(Korea). After graduation, she served as a lecturer at China University of Political Science and Law and as a part-time lecturer at Transnational Law and Business University(Korea). She began her legal practice in 2010 and joined Beijing DHH Law Firm in 2015.
With extensive experience in handling various cases, Attorney Dong has built expertise in enterprise restructuring and bankruptcy, corporate dissolution and liquidation, corporate investment and financing, corporate governance, and foreign-related commercial litigation and arbitration. She provides legal services to domestic and international clients, working proficiently in English. Known for her meticulous, pragmatic, and rigorous approach, she has earned widespread recognition and praise from clients.
In representing debtor clients in liquidation and bankruptcy matters, Attorney Dong combines litigation expertise with non-litigation methods such as due diligence to help clients comprehensively assess their financial status, debts, claims, and shareholder contributions before initiating bankruptcy proceedings. - Provided legal services to a large state-owned fund company participating in the bankruptcy restructuring of Xining Special Steel Co., Ltd. and Xining Special Steel Group Co., Ltd.;
- Provided debt declaration document review and legal opinion services to a major bank headquarters for the HNA Group series of bankruptcy restructuring cases;
- Provided review of debt retention agreements and legal opinions to a bank headquarters for the bankruptcy restructuring of HNA Holding and its subsidiaries, and HNA Infrastructure and its subsidiaries;
- Provided legal services to a large state-owned fund company regarding debt recovery and participation in debtor bankruptcy restructuring procedures;
- Provided legal services to a Qingdao technology company in the bankruptcy restructuring of a resort property company;
- Provided legal services to a Qingdao technology company in the bankruptcy restructuring of a tourism real estate development company;
- Provided legal advice to a biotechnology company in the pre-restructuring of Hiersun Industrial Co., Ltd.;
- Provided legal services to a biotechnology company in the substantive consolidation restructuring of Hiersun Industrial Co., Ltd. and six other companies;
