　　• Represented a leasing company in the enforcement of a financial lease contract dispute, resulting in the seizure of one Rolls-Royce motor vehicle; the amount in dispute was RMB 3.2 million.

　　• Represented a bank in litigation and enforcement proceedings for a financial loan contract dispute, and participated in the distribution of proceeds from a related criminal case.

　　• Represented a financial leasing company in a factoring contract dispute, compelling the defendant to repay through criminal proceedings; the amount in dispute was RMB 34 million.

　　• Represented a bank in multiple financial loan contract disputes across various jurisdictions, with a total amount in dispute exceeding RMB 1 billion.

　　• Conducted due diligence services for a financial institution in over 340 matters, with a total amount involved exceeding RMB 300 million.
