Professional Experience
Attorney Ren Li holds a Doctor of Law from the University of International Business and Economics, an LL.M. degree from Temple University (USA), and a Master of Law from the University of International Business and Economics. His primary practice areas are dispute resolution and competition law. In the field of competition law, Mr. Ren has represented clients in numerous cases involving responses to government investigations, including cartel cases and abuse of market dominance cases, all of which achieved favorable outcomes. Mr. Ren has also represented clients in dozens of merger control notification cases. In the field of dispute resolution, the cases he has handled are primarily concentrated in the energy and finance sectors, with some cases receiving extensive media coverage.
