Professional Experience

　　Lawyer Duan Zhigang, male, is a member of the Chinese Peasants and Workers Democratic Party. He worked at a provincial people's court for many years and currently serves as a Senior Equity Partner and Vice President of Beijing DHH Law Firm, as well as the Director of Beijing DHH (Jinan) Law Firm. Over his 18-year legal practice career, Lawyer Duan Zhigang has focused on the fields of criminal defense, corporate compliance, criminal legal risk prevention and control, and litigation of major civil and commercial cases. The first-instance and second-instance courts adopted the agent's arguments and only supported its claim for RMB 52 million in payment for goods, helping CNOOC reduce losses by RMB 137 million.

　　• Acted as agent in a case with a subject matter value of nearly RMB 100 million for Harbin Wanxinglong Company, and won the lawsuit.

　　• Acted as agent in the equity dispute case between Shandong Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and China Orient Asset Management Co., Ltd., helping the Commission avoid losses of over RMB 4 million.
