Rosa Li specializes in corporate law, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and foreign direct investment. She has represented numerous foreign enterprises in their investments and acquisitions in China, spanning industries such as manufacturing, chemicals, automotive, ports, machinery, and textiles. She also provides long-term legal advisory services to foreign-invested enterprises in China.
With the implementation of China's "Going Out" strategy, Rosa has assisted dozens of Chinese enterprises in their overseas investments, with target countries including North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, and Africa. Her services cover the entire spectrum of legal support, including transaction structure design, due diligence, project negotiations, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and government approvals.
Rosa also serves as a long-term legal advisor for several Chinese enterprises on international legal matters, offering services such as contract review, legal consultations, international negotiations, and issuing legal opinions. Before joining the firm, she worked for over a decade at a renowned international law firm.
Rosa is a member of the firm's Management Committee Standing Committee and serves as the firm's Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer responsible for overseeing the firm's practice compliance management.
