Professional Experience

　　Lawyer Zhang Meiping, a First-Grade Lawyer, is a recipient of the Special Government Allowance of Qingdao Municipal Government. She also holds positions including Vice President of the Qingdao Lawyers Association and Director of the Foreign-Related Dispute Resolution Committee of the Shandong Lawyers Association. Since starting her legal practice, she has been dedicated to providing professional legal services to state-owned enterprises, listed companies, and large and medium-sized private enterprises. She is among the first batch of lawyers specialized in corporate law and foreign-related legal services recognized by the Shandong Lawyers Association, as well as one of the first batch of national foreign-related lawyers certified by the Ministry of Justice.

　　Her areas of expertise include corporate legal affairs, corporate legal risk prevention, cross-border investment, financing and mergers & acquisitions, international trade, major and complex civil and commercial litigation/arbitration, and cross-border dispute resolution. With years of legal practice, she has handled over 1,000 cases and accumulated solid practical experience in both litigation and non-litigation matters. While focusing on domestic legal services, she also deeply engages in foreign-related commercial legal services, supporting enterprises in expanding their businesses to more than 20 countries and regions. These services cover industries such as rubber, manufacturing, new materials, marine engineering equipment, biomedicine, heavy machinery, and textiles.

　　The cases she handled have been recognized as typical cases by the Supreme People's Procuratorate, the Higher People's Court of Shandong Province, etc., as well as typical cases of the Belt and Road dispute resolution and provincial/municipal award-winning cases. A number of her papers have won first prizes at the provincial and municipal levels, as well as the first prize at the East China Lawyers Forum. She was honored as a "Practical Elite (Corporate and Commercial Law)" by LegalOne.
