　　Lawyer Wen Guihe has worked in enterprises and law firms. Over the past twenty years, he has handled hundreds of various litigation and non-litigation cases and served as long-term legal counsel for numerous enterprises and institutions. He possesses extensive professional experience in areas including corporate law, construction engineering, and enterprise bankruptcy and restructuring. 　　• Represented Ren [MouMou] in a third-party execution objection lawsuit against a management company before the First Circuit Court of the Supreme People's Court (Case No.: (2021) Zui Gao Fa Min Shen 3037); achieved a favorable judgment.

　　• Representing China Nuclear Industry 21 Construction Co., Ltd. in a series of construction project contract disputes against a real estate group company (total amount in dispute exceeding RMB 200 million); currently ongoing.

　　• Represented Shenzhen Western Urban Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. in a construction project contract dispute against Shenzhen F.E.S. Industrial Co., Ltd. (amount in dispute approximately RMB 100 million); achieved a favorable judgment.

　　• Represented China Construction Third Engineering Bureau Corp., Ltd. in a construction project contract dispute against Qingdao Haifu Real Estate (amount in dispute approximately RMB 50 million); successfully applied for preservation measures against the opposing party's land and construction-in-progress, compelling them to settle and pay the full project sum.

　　• Represented China Construction Third Engineering Bureau Corp., Ltd. in a construction project contract dispute against a developer in Yantai (amount in dispute: approximately RMB 40 million). Successfully obtained preservation measures (attachment) against nearly 300 properties under the opposing party's name, compelling a settlement and full payment of the project sum.

　　• Represented Shenzhen Jemmite Technology Co., Ltd. (a listed company) in a construction project contract dispute against Shenzhen Jianye Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Zhongjianyuan Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. Successfully defended against the counterparty's excessive claims of nearly RMB 30 million, safeguarding the listed company's legitimate rights and interests.

　　• Represented Shenzhen Potona Marine Co., Ltd. in a shipyard/wharf construction contract dispute against a company in Guangdong before the Guangzhou Maritime Court. The case was concluded via mediation, with project payments recovered.

　　• Represented Hefei South China City Co., Ltd. in a construction project contract dispute against Anhui Lihe Power Construction Co., Ltd. The arbitration tribunal upheld the validity of our client's "property-for-debt" settlement agreement.

　　• As a key advisor to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange-listed company Hunan Tianrun Digital Entertainment & Culture Media Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 002113, Ticker: "ST Tianrun"), successfully guided and facilitated Tianrun Shumei's entry into pre-bankruptcy review procedures. This case is publicly documented as the first instance where a shareholder of a listed company, as the applicant, successfully had the court accept an application for pre-bankruptcy review of the listed company, initiating the pre-review process.

　　• Represented Rongsheng Kanglv Investment Co., Ltd. in an equity transfer dispute against a Ningbo-based partnership enterprise (limited partnership) before the First Circuit Court of the Supreme People's Court; achieved a favorable judgment.

　　• Represented Ren [MouMou] in a third-party execution objection lawsuit against a Zhangjiajie-based management company before the First Circuit Court of the Supreme People's Court; achieved a favorable judgment.

　　• Represented Rongsheng Kanglv Investment Co., Ltd. in an objection lawsuit concerning the addition and change of the person subject to enforcement against Luo [Mou] et al. before the Guangdong Provincial High People's Court; achieved a favorable judgment, successfully adding a limited partner (whose capital contribution term had not yet expired) in a limited partnership enterprise as a person subject to enforcement.

　　• Represented Shenzhen South China City Small Loan Co., Ltd. in a series of financial loan contract disputes; achieved favorable judgments and realized recoveries (cash and in-kind) exceeding RMB 50 million.

　　• Represented a shareholder of Huiyuan Communication (000586) (who was the person subject to enforcement), successfully applying to the court to change the disposal method of several million shares from online judicial auction to block trade.
