　　• Represented Qingdao [Certain] Mining Company in a dispute with Yichun [Certain] Mining Company over an equity transfer contract (involved amount: RMB 200 million); handled the second instance trial at the Supreme People's Court.

　　• Advised a listed company concerning irregular operations, representing it in the administrative penalty hearing and reconsideration process before the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC).

　　• Served as special criminal legal counsel for the actual controller of a listed company.

　　• Provided special legal services to a listed company facing regulatory scrutiny for non-compliant information disclosure.

Achieved complete victory after second instance at the Shandong Provincial High People's Court and retrial at the Supreme People's Court, with full recovery of the amount.

　　• Acted as defense counsel for Zheng [MouMou], manager of a real estate company, who was accused of seven crimes; the court found him guilty of two counts and sentenced him to probation.

　　• Participated in the charity match-fixing and anti-gambling case involving Chinese football: acted as defense counsel for Liu [MouMou], former General Manager of the Qingdao Hailifeng Football Club, accused of the crime of accepting bribes as a non-state functionary; he was exempted from criminal punishment.

　　• Acted as defense counsel for former national team player Li [MouMou], accused of the crime of accepting bribes as a non-state functionary.

　　• Represented a branch of Qingdao W Logistics Co., Ltd. in a second instance trial, first instance retrial, and second instance retrial for the crime of smuggling goods prohibited from import and export; the verdict was overturned, and the client was found not guilty.

　　• Represented Fang [Mou] in a case of financial instrument fraud involving RMB 8 million; the charge was changed to the crime of fraudulently obtaining acceptance bills, resulting in a probationary sentence.

　　• Represented a textile company from Handan accused of smuggling ordinary goods (involved tax amount alleged in the prosecution opinion: RMB 9.56 million; amount cited in the indictment: RMB 1.5 million); the client was exempted from criminal punishment.

　　• Handled the case of an employee of a branch of China Construction Bank Corporation suspected of criminal involvement; the case was not accepted as criminal (not formally registered for criminal investigation).

　　• Provided legal services following the Qingdao "11.22" Explosion Accident, offering comprehensive legal protection and issuing legal opinions for a involved authority; neither the authority nor its relevant personnel faced criminal prosecution.

　　• Represented Liu [Mou] in the second instance of a case involving the crime of falsely issuing special VAT invoices; the sentence was reduced by half to a fixed-term imprisonment of six years and five months.

　　• Represented Liu [Mou] during the investigation stage for the crime of illegal production and sale of equipment specially used for espionage; the criminal case registration was revoked.
