Representative Cases

　　• 2007: Provided government legal services support for the Eco-City project cooperation between the governments of China and Singapore.

　　• 2011-2017: Provided comprehensive legal services throughout the entire process-including project initiation, application, development, construction, and operation-for the Binhai Station project, a major transportation hub in Tianjin Binhai New Area, ensuring its smooth progress.

　　• 2012-2019: Provided full-scope legal services for the development, construction, investment attraction, and supporting facilities of the project known as the new benchmark for Tianjin's urban convention and exhibition capabilities (the designated main venue for the Tianjin Summer Davos World Economic Forum).

　　• 2017-2018: Represented Tianjin Free Trade Zone Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. and Tianjin Tianbao Jiaye Investment Co., Ltd. in a share transfer dispute with Shanghai Shenglong Investment Group Co., Ltd., a case arising from the Beitang Project under the Binhai New Area "Ten Major Campaigns." The case was heard by the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) with an amount in dispute of RMB 270 million, and the client's arbitration claims were fully supported.

　　• 2007-Present: Has provided full-process legal services for the majority of real estate projects developed by TEDA Construction Group.

　　• 2022: Represented Aranya Group in an arbitration concerning the termination of a hotel management agreement with a French hotel management company; all of the client's claims were supported.

　　• 2025: Selected as one of the first batch of lawyers included in the China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC) legal panel, qualified for both litigation and non-litigation services across all practice areas.
