Ms. Li Luping is an Equity Partner at Beijing DHH (Shanghai) Law Firm and serves as the Director of the Russia & CIS Business Department. She holds both a Chinese lawyer's license and a foreign lawyer license issued by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation. Ms. Li is a member of the inaugural Legal Daily Lawyer Expert Pool and part of the legal advisory team for the Consular, Economic and Commercial, and Education Sections of the Chinese Embassy in Russia. She also acts as an arbitrator for Beihai Arbitration Commission and serves as a Part-time Lecturer at Shanghai University of Political Science and Law.
A graduate of East China University of Political Science and Law and the Faculty of Law at Moscow State University, Ms. Li specializes in overseas direct investment, cross-border trade and financing, and trade-related dispute resolution.
Since 2017, she has been based at the firm's Moscow office as a resident lawyer, providing ongoing legal counsel to multiple Chinese enterprises and supporting Chinese companies investing in Russia with professional legal services. She also develops solutions for trade disputes between Chinese and Russian companies. As a member of the legal advisory team for the Economic and Commercial Counsellor's Office, Consular Department, and Education Office of the Chinese Embassy in Russia, Ms. Li offers legal consultations and formal opinions to the Embassy.
