  Qiu Qixiong has been practicing law for 23 years. (Involved amount: ~RMB 112 million; successfully obtained preservation measures against assets worth RMB 500 million, exceeding expectations, and assisted subsidiary companies of the client in recovering payments.)

  • (2023) E Min Shen No. 4047-Represented China Construction Seventh Engineering Bureau Corp. in a construction project contract dispute against Hunan Jinsha Road & Bridge Construction Co., Ltd. (The first-instance judgment ordered the client to pay RMB 49 million. After taking over the case for the second instance, the first-instance judgment was overturned. The new judgment held that neither party bore liability, and the Hubei High Court ultimately dismissed the application for retrial filed by Jinsha Road & Bridge.)
