Complex Enforcement Cases:

1. Nearly 15 years of deep experience in the enforcement field, focusing on complex and difficult enforcement cases, particularly skilled in handling cases where "the defendant transferred or hid assets in advance," locating third-party creditor’s rights, and improving recovery efficiency by optimizing enforcement procedures. Representative cases include a RMB 24 million enforcement case for a financial leasing company, where claims were realized by locating other accounts receivable of the person subject to enforcement, leading to quick recovery. Successfully revived and fully recovered construction project arrears dating back nearly 20 years; recovered nearly RMB 6 million in losses for a client construction unit through multi-party coordination, enforcement objections, and enforcement settlements.

Criminal and Cross-border of Criminal and Civil Matters:

1. Represented Mr. Wang in a contract fraud case: the procuratorate did not approve arrest, underwent multiple periods of bail, and was ultimately found not guilty of contract fraud in the first instance and released;
2. Represented Mr. Song in a case of illegal absorption of public deposits: involving a huge amount, received a reduced sentence in the first instance, sentenced to 4 years;
3. Represented Mr. Xu in a gambling crime: successfully obtained bail through legal opinions submitted to the procuratorate, ultimately received a probationary sentence;
4. Represented investors in a case involving the legal representative of a financial institution in a certain location (Mr. Yi) for contract fraud. After the lawyer’s intervention, represented investors in claiming damages caused by the invalidity of entrusted wealth management contracts due to the criminal acts of the financial institution's responsible person. Ultimately, the court supported the investors’ claim for compensation in first and second instance civil judgments.
