- Represented the Nanjing Office of a certain Chinese asset management company in a financial loan dispute case against a certain real estate development company in Taizhou, involving a subject matter of over 70 million RMB. The Nanjing Intermediate Court ruled that a certain group company in Taizhou should repay the loan principal and interest, and that the certain real estate development company in Taizhou should assume joint guarantee liability. After negotiations with the Taizhou Municipal People's Government, the Nanjing Office of the asset management company ultimately reached a credit assignment agreement with the Taizhou Municipal People's Government (transfer price was 75% of the loan principal and interest), resolving the case satisfactorily.
- Represented a Beijing company in a housing sales contract dispute against Jiangsu Zhonghua Real Estate Company, involving a litigation amount of 100 million RMB.
- Represented the Nanjing Office of a certain Chinese asset management company in a loan contract dispute case against the borrower, a certain industrial company in Jiangsu, and the guarantor, a certain industrial company in Guangzhou, involving a subject matter of over 90 million RMB. The Nanjing Intermediate Court ruled that the Jiangsu industrial company should repay the loan principal and interest, and that the Guangzhou industrial company should assume joint guarantee liability. The obligee applied for enforcement, the court disposed of the mortgaged property, and the judgment was enforced.
- Provided full-process legal services for a certain building developed and constructed by Nanjing Dongdu Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., from infrastructure construction to market sales.
- Represented a certain import and export group company in Jiangsu in a 130 million RMB investment project with Jiangyin Flange Factory.
- Provided full-process legal services for a Taiwanese financial leasing enterprise regarding equipment leasing business and trademark protection matters in China.
- Represented a Chinese real estate developer, providing legal services for its financing and market expansion in Canada.
- Provided permanent legal counsel services to joint-venture banks, science parks, incubators, and foreign-funded financing leasing companies.
- Represented Pacific Property Insurance Co., Ltd. Shenzhen Branch in a co-insurance contract dispute case against People's Property Insurance Company of China Ltd. Jiangsu Branch concerning the machine damage insurance for the General Electric motor unit of Shenzhen Nanshan Power Co., Ltd., heard by the Shenzhen Intermediate Court. The subject matter of the litigation was over 40 million RMB, and the case was settled under the court's mediation.
- Represented Li'an Life Insurance Co., Ltd. in a dispute with Dubon Property & Casualty Insurance Co., Ltd. Jiangsu Branch over the apportionment of insurance funds for 24 co-insurance projects. The case was complex, concluded by court judgment, and both parties were satisfied with the outcome.
- Represented PICC Property and Casualty Company Limited in an enterprise property insurance contract dispute case. The insured sued PICC for over 19 million RMB in compensation. This lawyer raised objections to the loss adjuster's report, the court commissioned a new adjustment company to reassess the loss, and the accident loss was calculated based on the new adjuster's report. The court ultimately ordered PICC to pay 7.76 million RMB in insurance compensation.
- Provided legal opinions to Pacific Property Insurance Co., Ltd. Nanjing Branch regarding a claim for cargo transportation insurance filed by the insured "Nanjing Huitianfu Automobile Transportation Co., Ltd.".
- In the property insurance claim dispute between Jiangsu Jiuxin Paper Co., Ltd. and China Continent Property & Casualty Insurance Company Limited Jiangsu Branch, reviewed relevant materials provided by the insurer, assisted in legal analysis and argumentation, and issued a legal opinion.
- Represented Li'an Life Insurance Co., Ltd. in its telemarketing outsourcing service contract dispute with a certain technology company during its operations, participated in business negotiations, issued legal opinions, and represented the life insurance company in litigation.
