Representative Cases：

1. Represented Mr. Yang and Mr. Zhou in an administrative social security payment dispute against the Social Security Fund Management Center of a district in Suzhou. This case was rated as one of the Top Ten Cases of 2016 by the Jiangsu Provincial Federation of Trade Unions.
2. Represented a real estate development company in a construction project contract dispute with a construction development company (involving a subject matter of 200 million RMB). The courts of first and second instance adopted our core arguments and ultimately rendered a judgment favorable to the client.
3. Represented a Henan Food Co., Ltd. in the second instance procedure of a sales contract dispute against a Suzhou International Logistics Co., Ltd. Successfully persuaded the Zhengzhou Intermediate Court to remand the case for retrial on the grounds of unclear facts; the Xinzheng City People’s Court subsequently amended the judgment and issued a ruling favorable to the client.
4. Represented a Shanghai Electronics Co., Ltd. in its dissolution and liquidation (non-litigation). After accepting the mandate, a liquidation group was established according to law to take over the company. During the liquidation, personnel placement, creditor’s rights, and debt clearance were properly handled, reducing pressure and losses for the client. The compiled liquidation report was confirmed by the shareholders’ meeting, and the deregistration procedures were completed according to law.
5. Represented Mr. Yang suspected of contract fraud. Under circumstances where the People’s Procuratorate of a district in Suzhou decided not to arrest due to unclear facts and insufficient evidence, the district branch still prosecuted the case to the procuratorate after the expiration of the period for awaiting trial after obtaining a guarantor. The procuratorate twice returned the case to the public security organ for supplementary investigation. After multiple communications between the defender and the prosecutor, the procuratorate ultimately decided not to prosecute the client on the grounds of unclear facts and insufficient evidence.
6. Represented Mr. Zhang in a case involving the crime of infringing on trade secrets. The defender focused on the facts and application of law and submitted written defense opinions multiple times to the prosecutor from the perspective of protecting private entrepreneurs. Ultimately, the court adopted the defender’s opinion and decided not to arrest on the grounds of unclear facts and insufficient evidence.
