Corporate law and Transactional:
  • Represented dozens of Chinese investors in establishing companies in the U.S. and provided legal counsel on daily operations and compliance matters for those companies.
  • Provided legal services on compliance with labor law, corporate law, immigration law, and tax law for the U.S. branches of several Chinese enterprises.
  • Researched U.S. federal export control regulations and California state laws regarding production, sales, storage, recycling, and labor safety in the lithium battery industry for a leading Chinese lithium battery company.
  • Reviewed transaction contracts and provided legal opinions for a nationwide Chinese civil aviation company’s real estate investment trust (REIT) issuance in New York City.
