  • Represented a CITIC asset management company in a series of fund contract disputes involving investors and a bank, with the total disputed amount exceeding 2 billion RMB (confidential);
  • Participated in handling a financial loan and guarantee contract dispute case for a China Merchants Bank branch against ZD Trading Co.,Ltd. and others, with a disputed amount of 180 million RMB, securing a favorable judgment and timely seizing assets for priority repayment;
  • Participated in handling a financial loan contract dispute case for the Rizhao branch of China Merchants Bank against CH Industrial Development Co.,Ltd., with a disputed amount of 300 million RMB, securing a favorable judgment and commissioning third-party agencies in the United States and Canada for asset investigation to develop overseas recovery plans;
  • Participated in providing specialized legal advisory services for HNA Group’s acquisition of a foreign shipbuilding company ranked among the top ten in the world. The target assets of the acquisition exceeded 30 billion RMB, with the transaction amount nearing 7 billion RMB;
  • Provided legal advisory services for cross-border financing projects of several large state-owned enterprises’ wholly-owned subsidiaries in Hong Kong;
  • Offered ongoing foreign-related legal advisory services for Hong Kong subsidiaries of Shandong Commercial Group (Hong Kong), Shandong Iron and Steel Group, Shannon Semiconductor Technology, and other companies;
