Representative Cases

　　• Participated in drafting the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone Regulations on the Confidentiality of Human Organ Information (the first local regulation in Shenzhen completed by lawyers).

　　• Handled legal matters for over ten companies regarding domestic and overseas IPOs, NEEQ listings, and private placements.

　　• Advised on acquisitions involving listed companies, including Shenzhen Hemei's acquisition of Gowell, Shenzhen Capstone's acquisition of Tradeeasy Technology, and Fudi Financial's acquisition of Huapengfei.

　　• Managed multiple private equity investment projects, such as Matrix Partners China's investment in Tubatu, Shenzhen Hi-tech's investment in Dakewe, and Qingsong Fund's investment in Housheng Technology.

　　• Prepared the legal opinion for Yingsin Decheng, which was the first successfully approved legal opinion by the Asset Management Association of China for an already-registered private fund manager following the 2016 new regulations.

　　• Represented a securities firm in a dispute with its investment banking department head over commission fees (disputed amount over RMB 27 million); the arbitration commission dismissed all of the employee's claims except for the recognized risk deposit of over RMB 500,000.

　　• Represented a wholly-owned subsidiary of a real estate listed company in applying for a retrial of a contract dispute arising from an acquisition of company shares for land development purposes; the Supreme People's Court ruled for a retrial and amended the original judgment.

　　• Represented Shenzhen X Company in a dispute with Liu Mou arising from the restructuring of a state-owned enterprise, successfully applying to the Guangdong Provincial People's Procuratorate for protest, which was then accepted for retrial by the Guangdong Provincial High People's Court.
