Professional Experience：

Dr. Chen Tao graduated from the Law School of Jilin University, obtaining his Bachelor of Laws, Master of Laws, and Doctor of Laws degrees successively. He obtained his Chinese lawyer’s practice qualification in 2006. In 2009, he earned an LL.M. degree from the John Marshall Law School in the United States and obtained his New York State bar qualification in the same year. He previously worked at Commerce & Finance Law Offices, Zhong Lun Law Firm, and Northeast Securities Co., Ltd. He transferred to Beijing DHH Law Firm in 2020 and currently serves as an Equity Partner, Director of the Banking and Finance Business Center, and Head of the Financial Investment, Financing and Dispute Resolution Department.
Dr. Chen has over 15 years of legal practice experience, focusing on corporate and M&A, cross-border investment and M&A, private equity investment, international commercial arbitration, and dispute resolution. Qualified to practice law in both China and the United States, he has provided professional legal services to numerous well-known domestic and international enterprises and financial institutions.
