　　Attorney LIU joined Beijing DHH Law firm in 2009, now he is a senior partner and Executive Deputy Director. Thanks to the study in domestic and international universities and rich experience in practice, Mr. LIU has rich practical experience and unique insights in the fields of domestic and foreign asset acquisition and mergers, private equity investment, permanent legal counsel service for companies, foreign-related civil and commercial dispute resolution, and major commercial dispute resolution. Work for the M&A included due diligence on behalf of the buyer prior to the share transfer, legal compliance study (risk analysis per the fact through due diligence), company valuation study, representation on behalf of the buyer at negotiation meetings, and drafting the transfer agreements.

Work for the M&A included due diligence on behalf of the buyer prior to the share transfer, structuring the deal, legal compliance study, company valuation study, representation on behalf of the buyer at negotiation meetings, and drafting the transfer agreements.
