Work Experience：

　　Mr. Hou has been engaged in legal profession for 10 years and handled more than 500 cases, including over 300 litigation cases and over 200 non-litigation cases. The cumulative monetary amount of the cases handled by him has exceeded more than 20 billion RMB. Based on his representation of various cases he has gradually formed his professional fields.He is an expert in dealing with difficult and complicated disputes in Finance, Equity, Corporate, Claimand Debt; and expertised in Corporate Finance, Listing, M&A and Restructuring, Insolvency and Liquidation. Besides, Mr. Hou is permanent legal Counsel for a number of enterprises. He advocates the intergration of Law and Business Management, and claims “Law also constitutesa productive force”. 　　2011, representing Shanghai Venture Capital Investment in a Government Venture Capital Guiding Fund Project;

　　2012, representing Youxingshayu Technology Co., LTD in its listing on Shanghai Equity Exchange E-board;

　　2011-2013, representing Jing’an District Construction Cooperation in “11.15 Shanghai Jiaozhou Road Fire” Project as an endowed lawyer;

　　2013-2014, serving as Legal Counsel for Shanghai Jing’an District Datian Road Housing Demolition and Relocation Project;

　　2012-2014, representing in handling multiple steel trade disputes with the amount under the litigation claims exceeding 200 million RMB;

　　2016, representing the plaintiffs in multiple trust management contract litigations with the amount under the litigation claims over 40 million RMB;

　　2017, representing in handling a complicated shareholder dispute with the amount under the litigation claim over 20 million RMB. Due to the appropriate strategy, the case was settled with reconciliation;
