Lawyer Liang Yanchen graduated from Shandong University and subsequently obtained dual master's degrees from China University of Political Science and Law and the University of Southampton in the UK. He began practicing law in 2014, specializing in maritime law, international trade, foreign-related dispute resolution, and other fields.
