　　In the realm of legal theory and legislative practice, Attorney Wu has participated in providing legislative recommendations for the Land Administration Law of the People's Republic of China, Implementation Regulations of the Land Administration Law of the People's Republic of China, Measures for the Management of Rural Land Management Rights Transfer, Beijing Urban Renewal Regulations, and Beijing Measures for Compensation for Housing Expropriation on Collective Land. Furthermore, in 2020, she successfully completed the legislative research and drafting of the Qingdao Property Management Regulations.
