General Information:

　　Chris Liu graduated from Peking University. Prior to joining Beijing DHH Law Firm, she worked in the Bureau of Investigation, PCA and other departments of the General Administration of Customs and the local government from 2002 to 2016. She had worked for 8 years as a government lawyer before 2016. She has rich experience in handing cases regarding import and export compliance, AEO certification, customs audit, intellectual property border protection in the area of foreign trade, as well as cases of criminal defense of smuggling, customs administrative penalty and civil and commercial disputes of import and export.

　　The scope of services of Chris Liu includes risk compliance and customs risk assessment for import and export enterprise companies; perennial and special legal advisor services for government departments and companies; customs administrative penalties and criminal cases; assisting companies in tackling customs inspections; and price and classification with customs Consultation; Cross-border E-commerce and Internet E-commerce legal services. Before and after practicing, she participated in more than 100 complicated cases of smuggling violations with a value of more than 10 million, served as Senior Consultant of Legal Policy of JD Group, and provided perennial or special legal advisory services to several domestic and foreign companies such as Samsung, Continental AG CEC and etc., local governments and Party Committees.
