Professional Experience：

Attorney Tao Guanghui has 19 years of corporate legal work experience. He graduated from Wuhan University in 2004 with a Master of Laws degree. After graduation, Lawyer Tao worked for a commercial law firm for 5 years. Starting in 2009, he engaged in legal management work for state-owned enterprises, listed companies, and private enterprise groups for a total of 8 years. In 2017, he led the creation of a legal compliance practical training platform. In 2019, he joined Beijing DHH Law Firm, and in 2024, he founded the Longteng Compliance team.
Attorney Tao possesses a unique “law + management” work perspective, is familiar with corporate legal affairs, compliance, internal control, and risk management, and has extensive experience in building corporate Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) management systems, compliance management systems, and integrated compliance-internal control-risk management systems.
