Beijing DHH (Xiangtan) Law Firm (hereinafter referred to as “DHH Xiangtan”) traces its origins to Hunan Xiangjin Law Firm (hereinafter referred to as “Xiangjin”), established in 1996. As one of the largest and most comprehensive law firms in Xiangtan City by both scale and number of practicing lawyers, it has been honored with national accolades including the “National Outstanding Law Firm” and “National Advanced Grassroots Party Organization in the Legal Profession.”

On October 9, 2024, Xiangjin entered a strategic merger with Beijing DHH Law Firm, a top 10-ranked law firm in China, to form DHH Xiangtan. In January 2025, the merger received formal approval from the Hunan Provincial Department of Justice. All qualifications, personnel, client portfolios, and honors of Xiangjin were transferred to DHH Xiangtan, which was officially renamed Beijing DHH (Xiangtan) Law Firm.

After merger, DHH Xiangtan leverages DHH’s global legal network (with approximately 50 offices and nearly 3,000 legal professionals worldwide) and Xiangjin’s deep local expertise to pioneer a “local excellence + global synergy” dual-track model. This integration has further strengthened the firm’s comprehensive capabilities and resource advantages.
