Beijing DHH (Tokyo) Law Firm was officially registered in September 2019. It is one of DHH's directly invested and centrally managed overseas offices, and is an overseas branch office registered with China’s Ministry of Justice. Over the years, the DHH (Tokyo) office has established long-term cooperative relationships with institutions such as the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO), the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association (JCAA), the Kanagawa Bar Association, as well as various Japanese law firms. Guided by the development philosophy of professionalism and internationalization, DHH (Tokyo) provides comprehensive legal services to Chinese enterprises entering Japan and Japanese enterprises investing in China.

DHH's Japan business team has over a decade of experience in providing Japan-related legal services. The team currently consists of nearly 30 professionals based in Beijing, Shanghai, Chongqing, Shandong, Jiangsu, Hubei, Zhejiang, and Gansu. It is composed of seasoned Chinese lawyers with international education and work backgrounds. This specialized and elite team is proficient in Japanese, Chinese, and English, and is well-equipped to deliver high-quality, efficient legal services in both Chinese and Japanese law.
