2025-04-02
On March 28th, 2024, a specialized training course on foreign-related legal talent was successfully held, co-hosted by the Organization Department of the CPC Xinjiang Committee, the Political and Legal Affairs Commission of the CPC Xinjiang Committee and other relevant organizations, with Kashi University serving as a co-organizer. The seminar invited Lawyer LUO Lan, Senior Joint Partner of Beijing DHH Law Firm, to deliver a lecture on the topic "How to Safely and Compliantly Conduct International Trade with Russia and Central Asia", providing cutting-edge theoretical and practical guidance to foreign-related legal professionals in Xinjiang.

In the lecture, Lawyer LUO analyzed key legal risks and practical experiences in international trade with Russia and Central Asia, using typical case studies. She systematically explained the opportunities and challenges that Russia and Central Asia face in the complex international environment, the risks such as sanctions that Chinese enterprises should pay attention to when investing in these regions, risk management measures, the important role of Xinjiang and Kashi in the "Belt and Road" initiative, and how to effectively protect Chinese enterprises' interests in the process of expanding into these regions.

This training has not only expanded the participants' international outlooks but also provided a powerful impetus for building a robust team of foreign-related legal talents in Xinjiang.
