On April 16th, 2025, under the guidance of Beijing (Haidian) Municipal Administration for Market Regulation the "Prevention and Response to U.S. Section 337 Investigations" seminar was successfully held. The event was co-hosted by Beijing DHH Law Firm and the Capital Intellectual Property Services Association. More than 50 representatives from enterprises, law firms, and intellectual property agencies attended the seminar to discuss strategies for risk prevention and responses to U.S. Section 337 investigations.
The seminar was chaired by WANG Wenjun, Director of DHH's Intellectual Property Business Center. Executive Director LU Yang, Lawyers WEI Guihong and GE Jia, and Patent Agent, Lawyer LI Ying also participated in the event and delivered speeches.
During the meeting, attendees actively asked questions and engaged in in-depth discussions with the speakers. Chinese companies that had successfully defended themselves in Section 337 investigations shared their experiences. As part of the "International Intellectual Property Day" series of events, the seminar aimed to strengthen intellectual property protection awareness among Chinese enterprises, promote compliance and sustainable development, and enhance their competitiveness in the global market.
